Barreda ... Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary ... at Our Court", assuring him that the Envoy's "language and conduct have been such as to merit Our Approbation and Esteem", and recommending the President "to the Protection of the Almighty", signed also by Foreign Secretary Clarendon (1800-1870, 4th Earl), 2 sides folio, Windsor Castle, 12th June light marks in blank bottom corner of second side
