Finely penned Document signed, in Spanish with translation, authorizing Doctor Honorio Pueyrredón, Minister Secretary of State in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Religion, "to exchange Ratifications of the Convention of the 10th February 1910, signed by the Argentine Republic and that of Peru, concerning the abolition of notary's certificates ['legalizaciones'] in letters requisitorial and other documents directed between the Tribunals of both Republics" with those countries' representatives, signed also by Secretary of State for the Interior Dr Ramón Gómez, 1 side folio and conjugate blank, 31st December five tiny worm holes in blank portions of margin
