Autograph letter signed to Canon Edgar Sheppard, 1845-1921, sub-dean of the Chapels Royal, about the arrangements for the confirmation on Thursday 24th March by the Bishop of St Albans of her second son Prince Francis, (1870-1910, Major in the 1st Dragoons, served in the Sudan and South Africa), suggesting 1 o'clock, "please write me a line at St. James' which will be called for later in the day", she hopes "you quite saw my difficulty as regards the May Bazaar, scarcely a week passes without my declining one or more applications", she cannot do "a second day unless for a National object or one I am immediately connected with", 4 sides 6" x 4", no place, 1st March tiny hole in blank portion
