Letter Signed 'Albert Edward' when Prince of Wales, as President of the Royal British Commission for the Vienna Universal Exhibition of 1873, addressed to H. Bicknell of Clapham Common, saying that following "various meetings ... at Marlborough House" the Commission has written to Artists "to suggest suitable works" to represent "the Fine Arts of this Country", and asking if he will lend "2 Eastern Studies" by F. Goodall, R.A., headed by the arms of Great Britain and Austria and the Commissioners' names, lithographed handwriting with manuscript additions, 3 sides 13" x 8¼", 41 Parliament Street, London, 20th January closed tears in folds but holding
