Letter signed ('Albert Edward') to [R.G].W.  HERBERT , (1831-1905, first premier of Queensland, knighted 1882), saying that in considering "in what manner the project for setting up a Royal College of Music may be best commended to the favour of Her Majesty's subjects residing in the Colonies", he "proposes calling a meeting of leading gentlemen connected with the Colonies" and "will be much gratified" if Herbert will attend at Marlborough House on the 23rd, 2 sides 9" x 7¼", Marlborough House, 21st March
