Autograph letter signed to James Lock in Bloomsbury Square, saying "Lord Duffus dines with me on Monday" and inviting him to "come & meet him, his sons, & the M.P. for Caithness", 1 side 8" x 5", address on conjugate leaf, St James Hall, 23rd March small blank piece caught by seal on opening fourth side

In 1795 Lord Reay helped raise the Reay Regiment of Fencibles.
