Brandard, of "Her Majesty's Yacht off Cowes", (the Royal Victoria & Albert), under steam and sail, surrounded by other yachts of all sizes, many displaying flags, wooded hills behind, above are the Royal Arms borne aloft by three cherubs, below is the title in a sea shell, 11½" x 9" in margins 13½" x 9½", with a pencil note on the back 'Musical Bouquet' and the date margins a little browned
