Group of 3 photographs, the first showing the long train of officers in full dress uniform and greatcoats, approaching the lych-gate of the church for his funeral, a further party are down the lane, with local people watching across the hedge on the right, (7½" x 9½"), on the other side are two photos, showing the mass of wreaths in the chancel (6" x 7¾"), and the crowd of officers on the path from the church to the graveyard (7½" x 5"), laid down on card 10½" x 13¾", Whippingham Church, Isle of Wight, 5th February edges of card a little chipped

Prince Henry succumbed to fever and died during the Ashanti Expedition, 20th January 1896.
