Fine Unsigned Cabinet Photograph, commemorating their silver wedding, with their vignette photographs, showing them head and shoulders, nearly full face, the men including the young prince in military uniform, in an attractive and elaborate decorative frame, including three coats of arms and their names on ribbons in black letter, 6½" x 4¼", published by C. Lichtwerck, Berlin, for 29th November one tiny light mark touching Prince Friedrich Karl's forehead

A nice touch is the red edging to the mount. Friedrich Karl, known as 'the Red Prince' from his favourite Hussar uniform, was one of the chief architects of victory in the war of 1870-1871.
