Attractive Unsigned Press Photograph, supplied by Central News, showing them standing full length, Princess Mary full face, in jacket, knee-length skirt and bonnet with a small feather, a bunch of heather in her right hand, by her is Queen Mary in white with walking stick and parasol, her eyes, shaded by her hat brim, looking down as if to focus the picture on her daughter, a lady companion is half hidden behind the Queen, on a quiet road, 8" x 6", judging by the moorland in the background probably in Scotland, no date, circa a few very light creases, small defects at corners, that at bottom right just touching the grass in the foreground

The 'flimsy' on the back reads 'Our happy Princess in her Younger Days', An Hitherto Unpublished Photograph ... issued to the Press for the first time to-day', with date stamp 31st October 1927 and mark-ups for publication.
