Autograph Letter Signed to the Revd. Edwin PAXTON HOOD, (1820-1885, Congregationalist Minister and Writer), saying "such an exchange would have been most agreeable ... But ... I fear I cannot. I have to be at Liverpool on Sunday the 21st, & out of my own pulpit the 2nd Sunday of May, so that I must not be absent the two Sabbaths intervening ... I am now trying to recover the lost reputation of a keeper at home", 2 sides 8vo., 48 Euston Square, N.W., 10th April a little worn without loss
