of the bell, resting on an 18th century desk with candle and papers, a description of the award, the menu and toasts, and the list of over 180 guests, on the cover in a small gilt frame is the Governor's Palace and Williamsburg motto "That the Future may Learn from the Past", 12 sides folio and stiff white covers with a blue ribbon, Drapers' Hall, London, 7th December
