Fine Large Signature on the lowest portion of a Passport as Foreign Secretary, 1822-1827, bearing also his coat-of-arms complete with mantle, crest and motto, finely engraved by Halfhide & Co, 4" x 4½", the fragment 5½" x 10¼", London, 11th October two short closed tears in blank right margin

The imprint under the coat-of-arms continues in minute letters "Engravers to His Majesty & their R.H. the Dukes of York, Cumberland, & Sussex, Coventry St. London".
