Manuscript Docket in her hand signed 'The Queen' to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Henry GOULBURN(1784-1856), during his second term of office, with Goulburn's signature at the other end, returning the papers [not present], 7" x 3", no place, no date but 1841 - rather crumpled, original pin hole but perfectly legible
