Diaz and he has agreed to pay the additional price for the Rice wherefore we inclose account [not present] c/p and Balance in your favour Reales 119.14", making a balance of Reales 109.14 in "your account Current ... which we have Requested Mr Jas Duff to pay you o/a which closes our transaction for the present", 1 side 4to and direction on conjugate leaf, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, (at the mouth of the Guadalquivir, 15 miles north of Cadiz), 13th September light mark obscuring letter 'J' of signature
