Splendid pair of portrait photographs, the one of the Queen signed and dated, showing them both three quarter length, nearly full face, the King is in full dress uniform with orders, medals and sword, Queen Mary in coronet, elaborate jewelled 'choker' and attractive flowered dress with lace yoke and fan, a most regal image, her photo (by Bassano) is signed by her and dated 1911-1912, on the back of both are the remains of illuminated labels 'Presented personally by His [Her] Imperial Majesty', each 11¼" x 7" on mounts 13¼" x 9¼", no place, 10th January light crease in bottom right corner of mount of Queen Mary's photograph, extending to dark corner of image, edge of print a little silvered
