It is so awful when dogs fall out, and especially where damage is done, and we really are terribly disturbed about it all, and do want you to know how deeply we regret it. I do hope that all will be well with the poor sufferer - please let us know, & forgive our naughty dogs who had always behaved like angels up till now.
