Fine warrant document boldly signed at the head ordering that the "Board of General Officers for the future shall consist of those mention'd in the List hereunto annex'd, or such of them as shall be present, who are every two months to elect ... seven General Officers to Constitute a Board ... to meet at the Great Room at the Horse Guards from time to time ... in order to have the Inspection of the Cloathing of Our Forces and to Consider and Report to us their Opinion upon all matters that shall be Refer'd to them either by Us, Our Captain General and Secretary at Warr ... as well as whatsoever may be refer'd to them as afors'd" and giving further details of the constitution of the board, together with the "List of General Officers" referred to in the document, countersigned by James CRAGGS the younger (1686-1721, Secretary at War), 2 sides folio, Hampton Court, 28th September dampstaining on right hand edge slightly affecting the countersignature and last few words of text

Fine Large Document Signed at the head, listing the salaries of the Staff Officers in North Britain, starting with the Commander in Chief in North Britain who was paid £1460 per annum and ending with the Clerk of the Courts Martial in North Britain on £136.17s.6d with a further “Levy Money for 288 Non Commission Officers and private Men for Augmenting Maj. Gen. Hamilton’s Brigr Bland’s Regts of Dragoons...” for a total of £4260 signed at the foot by Sandys and Gybbon, on the verso is the list of the salaries of “His Majesty’s First Troop of Horse Guards, 2 sides large folio, no place, 31st December

Engraved Portrait Bust at the head of an Indenture between Richard TREVOR, (1707-1771, from 1752 Bishop of Durham), with his signature 'R. Duresme', and Thomas Leighton, Clerk (Clergyman), for one half of a dwelling and its appurtenances in Little Thorpe, Easington parish, the lease specifically reserves to the Bishop all woodland and mining rights, with wayleave for his wagons to exploit them, the Bishop making good at a reasonable rate any resulting damage to the property or land, 20½" x 24¼", folding to 6" x 8¼", no place, 4th March in crisp condition
